All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

 

3. Bookings and Appointments

• Bookings must be made through our approved channels (website, phone, or email).

• Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from us.

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

 

 

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are provided based on the scope of work agreed upon.

• Additional charges may apply for extra services, excessive dirt, or extended time requirements.

• Payment is due as agreed (e.g., upfront, upon completion, or via invoice).

• We reserve the right to suspend or refuse services for non-payment.

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

• Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time

• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

• Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items

• Inform us of any hazards, special conditions, or specific instructions

 

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by failure to meet these responsibilities.

 

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations may incur a fee

• Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access may result in full charges

• We may reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff availability, emergencies)

 

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

• We will offer a re-clean where appropriate

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

 

Failure to report within the specified time may result in denial of claims.

 

 

8. Access and Security

• Clients may choose to provide keys, codes, or access instructions

• We take reasonable care but are not liable for security breaches beyond our control

• Any special security requirements must be communicated in advance

 

 

9. Damage and Liability

• We exercise reasonable care in performing services

• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours with evidence

• Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items

• Our staff are not required to handle biohazards or dangerous materials unless agreed in advance

 

 

11. Use of Products and Equipment

• We supply our own cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed

• If client-supplied products are used, we are not responsible for any resulting damage or ineffective results

13. Intellectual Property
